Welcome to Moovland’s website and web application (the “Service”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Service provided by Moovland. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

  • Definition. “User Content” means any data, text, images, or other content you submit through the Service.

  • License. By submitting User Content, you grant Moovland a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, and display such content in connection with the Service.

  • Responsibility. You are solely responsible for your User Content and the consequences of submitting it. You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant the above license.

    Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) USD 100.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai (or the DIFC Courts, if applicable).

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

No waiver of any term of these Terms will be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term, and Moovland’s failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
