Who can see a group
Groups are private. Members see the plans, the chat and who has answered — people outside see nothing.
Who can join
By invitation only. The person who created the group approves new members and can remove them.
How your data is handled
Under the GDPR, on Google Cloud infrastructure. Payments run through a licensed provider. Privacy policy.
Deleting your account
Delete it from the app or from the web at any time, and your personal data goes with it. Account deletion.
Discovery
Some places on Moovland take group bookings directly.
When your moov is at one of them, the plan becomes a confirmed booking with each share already paid. We are adding partners city by city, and you can point us at the ones you already go to.

Questions
Questions people ask.
Is Moovland free?
Yes, for you and your group. Creating groups, proposing moovs, voting, chatting and paying your share are all free. You pay only what the place itself charges for the activity, and that amount is shown before you confirm.
Do my friends need the app?
To answer a moov and pay a share, yes — the invitation link takes them to the store and then straight into your group. You can share the plan itself with anyone; joining the group is what needs the app.
How do payments and shares work?
The price of the moov is divided by the number of people taking part, and each person pays their own share by card in the app. The group sees how many shares are in. One person can also cover several shares — for a child, for a guest — and that is shown next to their name.
What happens if someone drops out?
Their answer changes and the group sees it straight away. If the moov has not been confirmed yet, their share is released and someone else in the group can take the place. Once a booking is confirmed, the place’s own terms apply and they are shown on the moov before you pay.
Who can see my group?
Only its members. Groups are private and joined by invitation; the person who created the group approves who comes in. A partner venue sees the booking and the number of people, not your chat.
Can I plan something just for myself?
Yes. Create a moov with no group and book a partner directly. It appears in your own calendar, and you can open it to a group later.

The partners on Moovland, easy to find in the app, city by city. Your group can plan a moov anywhere; at a partner, the plan is confirmed once everyone has paid their share. Tell us where you play and we will start there.
