What counts as a “resource”?
A resource is anything customers book time with: a staff member, or an amenity like a padel court or a pitch. Your plan’s limit counts resources, not employees.
What’s a “site”?
A site is a physical location. Starter and Pro cover one site; Pro+ covers up to three.
What does Moovland take per booking?
4.9% commission per booking on payments processed through Moovland, on top of your plan. Customers pay a small additional service fee that covers payment processing. Bookings you take outside Moovland cost nothing extra.
When do I get paid?
Payouts run to your bank account on a fixed weekly schedule. The dashboard shows what has been collected, what is due and the next payout date. (Exact cadence to be confirmed before launch.)
Do my customers need the Moovland app?
No. Your own bookable page works in any browser, so regulars can book the way they always have. The app is where new groups find you and book together.
How do cancellations and reschedules work?
You set the notice period and the terms once. The system applies them to every booking, including group bookings and their shares, so you are not the one who has to say no.
How do I get started?
Sign up, add your resources and your hours, and you can take bookings the same day. Pick the plan that matches your resource count — and if you’d rather talk it through first, contact us and someone from our side will walk you through it.
Where is my data held, and can I take it with me?
Your data is held in the EU and handled under the GDPR. It is your data: you can export your customers and bookings whenever you want, and you can request deletion.
